Attorney Brett Bevis

Attorney Brett Bevis was born in Orlando, Florida, and attended public schools in Seminole County, graduating from Oviedo High School. Mr. Bevis attended the University of Iowa, in Iowa City, Iowa, and obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in both political science and economics.  For law school, Attorney Bevis attended the University of Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska, graduating with distinction in 2014. Attorney Bevis worked at Levy & Associates, P.A., in Longwood, Florida, through law school, and continued as an Associate Attorney after passing the Florida Bar exam in 2014. Attorney Bevis opened his solo-practice in June 2019.

Mr. Bevis focus his practice on estate administration, assisting families though the probate process.  In addition Mr. Bevis assists clients in guardianship matters, protecting vulnerable adults who can no longer manage their assets themselves or minors who have received property. Finally Mr. Bevis focuses on estate planning and real estate closings.

While not at the office Mr. Bevis enjoys reading, playing golf, and watching his beloved Hawkeyes!
